Methane Studios participated with over 200 other artists to create a posters for the Haiti Poster Project. All proceeds will benefit Doctors Without Borders and posters go on sale April 5th at TheHaitiPosterProject.com

Methane finally has studio space and it’s haunted! The last tenant died in our office area. There is a strange dark room with an old fridge, tools, an insulated door and chains on the ceiling. We call it “Hannibal’s” room. Come visit soon!

Methane has just finished a few new designs for ladies mini slip-on shoes! These make purrrrrfect holiday gifts!

All test prints are one-of-a-kind. These prints have been saturated and pickled in the classic smell of Methane! Layers of imprints from various posters smother each piece. There may likely be bent corners, smears, scuffs, dirt and other beauty marks but that’s what make them Methane Goodness. Methane has received word that we will be designing some posters for the upcoming winter tour as well as Dave and Tim Vegas shows!

Methane Studios is proud to have four posters recognized in the 2009 Print Regional Design Annual. The winners are the Black Keys, The Walkmen, Sharon Jones & Peter Bjorn & John posters.

The Art of Musical Maintenance VI opens in December at the Goodfoot Gallery, in Portland, Oregon. The exhibit will feature many posters by Methane Studios. It is going to be a great gallery show.

CNN recently did a great story on air about Methane and there will be an online story as well in the near future.

Cartoon Network Asked Methane Studios to design picture books for two hit shows, Foster’s Home For Imaginary Friends and Power Puff Girls. This was quite an honor for us as long time fans.
