We ship USPS priority and all orders are insured with tracking numbers. All posters are wrapped in protective paper and shipped in Uline’s finest tubes.
We ship once or twice a week depending on the amount of orders and please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery before contacting us.
No matter what we do it happens from time to time. If your poster arrives damaged please do not ship it back to us. You have paid insurance and will need to file a claim but contact email@example.com to let us know of the damage and we’ll send you the paperwork necessary to file your claim.
If you place multiple orders we will do our best to combine and reimburse you shipping costs.
Regardless of what you may have heard we are human and tend to make mistakes every so often. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to correct any errors.
Your Shipping Information
Please make sure your information on your Paypal account is correct before placing an order. We get a lot of emails requesting an address change after orders are placed and we will do our best to accommodate you but if we have a large number of orders to ship this gets hard to keep track of and if it is returned to us you will have to pay additional shipping costs.
No refunds or exchanges on poster orders.
We do ship international but may have to contact you for additional shipping costs depending on your location.
Due to United States Postal policies we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments for International orders so please be advised that we cannot replace missing posters since we have no way to confirm delivery or provide tracking. The good news is this rarely happens and please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.
